Other Important Info:
-Bring your own lake toys, life jackets, floats, fishing poles/bait, beach towels, and sunscreen to enjoy a great time at the lake!
-We do not allow parties, events, reunions, large groups/gatherings, or pets.
-Please note that the maximum number of people that may come on the property is limited to the number of guests booked on the reservation, and extra visitors are not allowed at this property at any time.
-Violation of occupancy or undisclosed guests not registered on reservation will result in immediate cancellation of reservation without refund. Must notify host of any changes to reservation headcount.
-Must E-sign rental agreement sent from host before check in.
-For security, we monitor access and use of the property via video cameras that capture activity on the driveway, front and back doors, back deck, and the swim and boat dock. Any tampering with cameras will result in immediate loss of access to property.
