Other Important Info:
Bring your own lake toys, life jackets, floats, fishing poles/bait, beach towels, and sunscreen to enjoy a great time at the lake!
We do not allow parties, events, reunions, large groups/gatherings, or pets.
Max allowable property occupancy (day or night): 8 persons - includes both overnight guests AND day use visitors. Limit 6 persons aged 13 and up per reservation. No additional visitors allowed beyond number booked on reservation.
Day use visitors are persons not staying overnight but are accessing the home, deck or dock for any length of time.
Large group surcharge of $750/day for groups of more than 8 people at the property (day use visitors and overnight guests combined).
Extra person fee of $25/person/day for groups over 6 persons.
Must E-sign rental agreement sent from host before check in.
For security, we monitor access and use of the property via video cameras that capture activity on the driveway, front and back doors, back deck, and the swim and boat dock. Any tampering with cameras will result in immediate loss of access to property.
